Thoughts From 6/14 Meeting
I want to thank each of you guys for being on my team. The conversation we had today was great and I am looking forward to pushing out into the deep end of the community conversation.
3 Take-A Ways from today’s meeting:
1) E-mail updates: I will start shooting e-mails out to everyone as we chew on issues together. I started a new blog today that we could use as a forum to community and talk about ideas. You would have to save your settings so that you would be e-mailed whenever there is a new post. Check it out: http://epiccommunity.blogspot.com/
2) Community: I would like to set our schedule toward meeting every 2nd & 4th Tuesday morning. We can continue the same format that we have been running where we meet at 8:00am but add an additional time at 7:00 to pray for each other and the ministry. I would also like to plan another time for all of us to get together and have dinner. Let me know if there is a Saturday afternoon/evening in July that works in your schedules.
3) Events: We are working on an online schedule that anyone can use. Until then I’ll get all of you on the e-mail lists for events and personally keep you updated. Here is the upcoming events:
